Pet urine can travel below the visible surface of carpet, which is why odor can remain after ordinary cleaning. Raptor can use a black light to identify affected areas and target those areas during the cleaning process.

When needed, we apply an enzyme treatment designed for pet urine contamination. Because every situation is different, severe pet odor treatment generally needs to be evaluated in person rather than quoted accurately over the phone.

Pet odor treatment is typically performed along with the scheduled cleaning and is priced separately from standard carpet cleaning.
